La Brasserie by The Columbus Monte-Carlo

Chic and informal, La Brasserie Restaurant in Monaco is cosy and welcoming with its wine cellar décor, its warm woodwork and its bench seats in natural tones where fine cuisine and a friendly atmosphere await.

The chef, Xavier Burelle, wants to take you on a journey across the Mediterranean with a voyage of discovery taking in some new exotic flavours. He loves to combine the cuisine of the South, flavoursome and adventurous, with a menu featuring some Asian hints.

Two identities that have enabled him to create his own culinary signature by combining them with local produce that he loves to showcase. What Xavier Burelle wants above all is to share his love of a cuisine that is constantly updated.

The menu partners the seasons and is extremely colourful with original risottos, large mixed salads and traditional dishes reinterpreted.

Opening hours and capacity

La Brasserie of Columbus Monte-Carlo is open every day from 12.00 to 22.30 and can seat up to 80 people indoors and 50 people on the terrace. Restricted menu from 14.30 to 19.00.
